Funded through all of Love Bottling Company’s profits, the Foundation supports programs that empower students, strengthen families, and invest in the long-term success of communities across eastern Oklahoma.

1919

Love Brothers Bottling Company Founded

Kit Carson (K.C.) Love helped establish Love Brothers Bottling Company in Eufaula, Oklahoma, laying the foundation for what would become Love Bottling Company.

First Coca-Cola Territory Acquired

The company expanded its portfolio by acquiring Coca-Cola bottling rights in and around Quinton, Oklahoma.

Expansion into Muskogee

The Love brothers split their territories, with K.C. Love focusing on growing the business throughout Muskogee and the surrounding region.

Dr Pepper Rights Acquired

K.C. Love purchased the Dr Pepper bottling rights for Muskogee and Cherokee counties, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth.

Serving Through Wartime

Despite wartime shortages and challenges, Love Bottling Company continued production and supplied beverages to Camp Gruber during World War II.

Coca-Cola Company of Muskogee Acquired

The acquisition significantly expanded the company’s footprint and strengthened its position as a leading beverage distributor in eastern Oklahoma.

Love Bottling Company Established

The company officially adopted the name Love Bottling Company, reflecting its growing portfolio and regional presence.

A New Generation of Leadership

Following the passing of Bill Love and K.C. Love, William Barry Love became President and CEO, leading the company into its third generation of family leadership.

The Next Chapter Begins

Following the passing of William Barry Love, the company entered a new era of leadership under James Gulley. Barry Love believed that success meant more when it was shared, and that every business has a responsibility to lift up the communities it serves. To carry that vision forward, the William Barry Love Foundation was established, ensuring that his commitment to community impact remains at the heart of the company’s future.
